Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be less than 10% used or be defective. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Sale items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Products used more than 10% (up to a maximum of 25%)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, contact us at toplayermandy@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to request an exchange.
